Curriculum Description
Fabienne Bouvier, la flûte magique et le chasseur
The Storytelling Animation curriculum trains future professional animators with a director/author perspective. The core of this curriculum is composed of theoretical classes including Cinematography, Human Sciences, Script Writing, Lighting, Colorimetry and Acoustics. Additionally, representation techniques are explored in their broad plastic diversity, combining traditional and digital means, 2D and stop motion. Through these teachings students learn how to serve a narrative through the staging of movement. As their final graduation project, students must create a short animated film of about three minutes.
Some of the classes are taught in English.
The three year program, semester by semester:
DNMADE 1
