Curriculum Description

The Object Design curriculum trains future designers who specialize in how humans interact with objects. With a humanistic approach, students reflect on how objects are designed and used in their environment, in a perspective of research, innovation and anticipation.This curriculum brings together academic knowledge and practical experience through materials experimentation, modeling, drawing and 3D. Through workshops, projects, partnerships and internships, students develop their creativity, personal style and professional goals.

As their final graduation project, students will explore a specific domain of Object Design.

Teaching staff

The three year course, semester by semester:

DNMADE 1
S.1: Fundamentals of plastic techniques, collaboration projects common to the three curriculums (Storytelling, Nonfiction, Object Design).​

S.2: Consolidation of fundamentals and reinforcement of specific curriculum courses.

DNMADE 2 
S.3: Specialization in the chosen curriculum

S.4: Development of personal projects. Internship (12 to 16 weeks), in France or abroad.

DNMADE 3
S.5 : Production of a thesis related to the chosen speciality.

S.6 : Final graduation project

Throughout the curriculum, the student will acquire a variety of skills thanks to externalized classes, from other curricula within the school or exchanges with other schools in the REDIMADE network.
