Guide for Foreign Students
Location
The school is located in the center of Paris near the Luxembourg Gardens (Jardins du Luxembourg), the nearest underground stations being Luxembourg (RER B), Saint Placide (Line 4), Notre Dame des champs (line 12).

Accommodation
There is no hall of residence. The school does not provide accommodation but can help students to find suitable housing.

Student card
The school provides a student card which you may use to get free entry or reduced entry to most of the museums in Paris. The card also entitles you to a discount on public transport.
Fees
Erasmus students are not required to pay fees.
Social security / Illness
If you are an Erasmus student you do not need to make a contribution to social security. You must, however, bring a European medical card from your own country.
Meals
There is a dining hall in school which provides meals at lunchtime only. It costs about 7 €, and advance registration for the whole semester is required. You may also bring your own lunch and eat at the “foyer”.
Attendance
Regular attendance is expected at all classes.
If you attend regularly you will be eligible for the maximum number of credits (30 ECTS per semester)
Library
It is possible for you to use the library facilities and to borrow books. Please consult the Erasmus coordinator for further details.

All Saints (Toussaint) : from Saturday October 21st 2023 to Monday November 6th 2023
Christmas : from Saturday December 23rd 2023 to Monday January 8th 2024
Winter : from Saturday February 10th 2024 to Monday February 26th 2024
Spring : from Saturday April 6th 2024 to Monday April 22nd 2024
